WHAT IT IS

The need to make an effective impact at business presentations to dealers and customers has led to the techniques of theatre. Business theatre, as a training and communication tool, developed for the first time in the 80's in Montreal, and then quickly spread in Europe and in the United States.

At the end of the 90's, it was exported to Italy where it arose great interest in the world of training.

Thanks to the variety of combinations and possible applications of this method, and to the facility of mixing it with more traditional training techniques, business theatre has now reached a leading role in our company.

This innovative system allows participants to consider their own behaviours from a different perspective characterized by irony and fostering - through this - an active process of reality interpretation and renovation.

OUR VISION

In 1997, at a time when just Castalia - Spell's "mother"- existed, we realized our first class play. Through years we experimented (and we still are experimenting) different methodologies in the application of theatre techniques for training and company groups animations, however class play still represents the most successful method.
