We have gathered different skills and abilities grown out of many areas and we believe that contamination and exchange are an infinite source of enrichment.

A bit of history

Spell was born in 2001, thanks to five consultants and trainers, as the natural outcome of a profitable experience with Castalia, a cultural association always committed to the research of knowledge in the field of training. The training techniques developed by Castalia were - and still are - a distinctive factor that represents an unavoidable asset for Spell. Spell, quickly grown from the beginning, has developed unique skills in three areas of interest: Innovative methodology (business theatre), Management of training projects and project counselling, training-performance (Edutainment). Since 2004, with the acquisition of a business branch of New Learning System, Spell has counted on a 20-year experience in training for the financial-insurance world. Nowadays Spell has developed distinctive abilities in the process of internal and external business communication and, thanks to these skills, can follow up both private and public enterprises in specific demands concerning:

• Training - From interpersonal communication to conflict handling, from group working to the management of complex system relations;
• Consultancy - We provide support to role-taking processes, organisational change processes and relational network analysis;
• Internal and external communication - addressed to big groups of people (using teatrodimpresa and Edutainment).

The Context

• Centuries of experience - When the company was founded, we had already gained over one hundred year of skills and experiences from different areas. Years (poor us) went by, but practices have increased with a very high rate, in quantity and quality. We still believe in the power of sharing and in contamination and that's why we are constantly researching, crossing, and experimenting.
• D.O.C.G. - With a training school right inside the company realized in partnership with Castalia, Spell guarantees didactic quality and constant updating with refresher courses for its teachers. The teaching staff is composed of a limited number of people who work together to preserve the didactic quality and a homogenous approach within class activities. Real partners who work with us and share our vision and mission.
• Innovation - Castalia brought to Italy, and then conveyed to Spell, business theatre and social outdoor. The keyword is, once again, to experiment and develop creativity through contamination of different styles, genres, tools and languages. Even the most demanding clients can find positive and satisfying answers to their innovation needs.
• Methodological Accuracy - Since the very beginning, our management system has gathered knowledge capital on a daily basis, also learning how to take advantage of mistakes. In December 2006 we received the ISO 9001:2000 certification: it is the confirmation of a well working system that kept on developing since 2001.
• Proficiency - Spell designs and provides training events and consultancy for organizational development: interpersonal communication, conflict management, negotiation, creativity, teambuilding, leadership and their applications. In a few words, we are capable of supporting any kind of event especially in those companies where the human being is considered the most important means to attain a personal goal. We are not computers or financial experts, but if people who deal with numbers need to interact with other people, we surely can help them out.
