Lorenza Magnetto

When she finished the secondary school, she discovered a true passion for the theatre and at the same time she took up Training and Education at the university, specialising in business training. In 2003 she graduated with a thesis on the theories and techniques of the educational and social theatre called "Business theatre and improvisation in training". During her last year at the university she did an internship in Spell where she could work side by side with psychologists and teachers in course design and delivery. Later on she was hired as a Project Manager. Today she is in charge of the design, management and coordination of courses on relational skills, and in the management of business theatre projects delivered both in Italy and abroad.

Paolo Vergnani

Psychologist specialising in Systemics, he took a Master in Alternative Dispute Resolution and specialisation by the Mental Research Institute, Palo Alto.

He's been a trainer and a consultant in relational issues for more that twenty-five years.

He teaches Sociology of Mass Communication at the University of Ferrara, where he leads a course on crisis and conflict management.

He has dealt with conflict management in several countries such as Brazil, Bosnia, Angola, Ex-Soviet Union countries, Iraq. He is President of Castalia, a training method research centre.

In 1997 he introduced the Business Theatre in Italy.

Nicola Grande

He has a degree in Economic Sciences. After a short experience in the finance field, in 1991 he started to focus on training projects, first as a project manager then as a teacher of services quality, certification systems and organisational development for several Italian and foreign companies. He is also a consultant in these fields. He has written several articles on organisational systems and service marketing. He has founded and directed Knowledge-lab srl, and has been Spell's COO since its foundation. Since 2003 he has been teaching Relational Marketing in the MA degree course of Corporate Communication and Publicity (CPO), at the University of Urbino, Sociology Faculty.

Domenico Tiso

He graduated in Medicine at the University of Pisa. He is an expert in health communication. He has worked for fifteen years in the pharmaceutical sector. He has directed "On Health" magazine and edited several publications targeted both at the medical and nursing staff, and at the citizens themselves. He has done PR work for scientific companies, opinion leaders, health companies (producing food, medicines, medical aids, diagnostic tools etc.). As a training manager he has organised scientific events (congresses, meetings, seminars, courses), following the Health Ministry guidelines on professional development in the health sector (ECM) and collaborating with scientific societies.

Francesca Magelli

Upon finishing the secondary school - where she could develop a real passion for writing - she took up Training and Education at the University, specialising in Adult Education. She took an MA degree in Lifelong Learning Design and Management. During university, she approached the training world by doing some internships in public agencies and in the university itself, assisting and coordinating the delivery of training courses. At the same time, she developed animation skills for children's activities. She is currently working as a project manager, overseeing the management, marketing and coordination of training activities; in addition, she is responsible for all updates of the news section of our website.

Chiara Nardo

She graduated in Psychology at the Padua University and then specialised in Community psychology; she has developed an extensive experience in training and consultancy.

Regarding vocational training, she has taught in several kinds of courses including on-the-job training and lifelong learning, working with training centres, industries, statutory agencies. She mainly focuses on these areas: human resources development, relationship problems, group dynamics, and staff recruitment. Since the year 2001/2002, she has worked with the C.A.R.I.D. (e-platform) of the University of Ferrara.

Alessandra Pasqualini

She has a degree in Foreign Languages from the University of Bologna, she has developed a ten-year experience in the HR field, dealing with management training and development for an important ICT Italian company.

After embracing the consultancy sector, she has followed several human resources development projects addressed to production and utility companies about issues like change management, relational skills development, group dynamics, focusing on experiential methods like team building ed outdoor training.

As a certified Assessor, she has designed and managed HR and skills assessment projects; she is also an experienced coach to top managers and specialised professionals in ever-changing environments.

Fabio Ivan di Bari

Copywriter/Art Director

He has a degree in Information and Performing Arts Sciences and is now graduating in Communication and Advertising with a thesis on the learning and socialising potential of the Role Play method. He is interested in developing creative training tools, especially exploiting the theatre techniques. He has an extensive experience as an Event Art Director and has toured Europe and Asia as an actor with Carlo Boso, in collaboration with the Académie Internationale Des Arts du Spectacle (Montreuil-Paris). He works for Spell as a copywriter, script writer and artistic consultant for the creation of training and entertainment events.

Francesca Maria Mura

Accountancy

After the secondary school (Liceo Classico), she graduated at the Scuola di Teatro Colli and the Bernstein School of Musical Theatre, both located in Bologna. In Spell she works as an accountant, but she also provides artistic consultancy and participates to a number of Business Theatre shows as an actress.
